12×8 Coop on Hill

Started this project about 8 days ago.
Had to! Chicken math and my wife.
She,we bought 11 hens 1 rooster last March. Ok quick build was a 8×8 Hoop coop with a 15×15 run. Worked pretty good,for little while. Sister in law gave her another hen. Ok. Then another rooster. Then local feed store had chicks. This one on me. Purchased 3 pulletts. That makes 15. Then more math kicked in Yada Yada Yada!
So now up to 25 hens. No roosters. They got teriakied. Bad behavior.
So 8× 8 outgrown. And the build begins. All work done my self. So I will go with materials then final cost.
Old hoop coop will be removed as soon as 6 pulletts are big enough to release with others
Run will be tied into new coop. Top half of run will be covered.

Coop is 12×8×8
No plans on the build just in my head.
Here's material list so go from there. If that doesn't help I will build you one for $$$ of course.

2 8ft treated 2×6,s
2 12ft treated 2×6,s outside frame
4×4 10ft treated posts 6
2×6 white pine. Joists and rafters
10 8 footers.6 12 footers.3 16 footers
3 1/2 sheets zip board for flooring and roll of zip tape to seal all joints.
11 sheets 7/8s siding. Also used to build door.
One 24×24 window
24 white pine 2×4 studs,walls and perches.
Screws galore.
Metal roofing 8 12ft Galvan sheets. Also used leftovers to gover gable ends
And cover the bottom portion on backside and outside where pens stops.
6 13×14 nesting boxes.
Wire vent around 3 sides excluding the north side. 6 inches tall.
So all materials $1900 and some change.
