Starting Poultry First Aid Kit. What goes in it?

For the last few weeks, since I've joined, I've read about quite a few accidents and illnesses where preparedness has made a real difference. I realize I don't have a specific first aid kit for the chickens, the way I do for the horses. So, can you help me get one started by telling me what you have in yours, what is essential, what might I not think of?
