Stopping hens from crowding into one nesting Box?

don't be surprised if they always all lay in one box. Mine will only lay in one box. Sometimes it's the box on the left. Other days, they will suddenly all switch to another box for a few days or weeks and then POOF back to teh box on the left again. No matter what, 7 hens only use 1 box. They will even cram 2 at a time in there.

thanks for posting this! My barred rock and RIR were both in the same box today, lol. The BR was laying her 4th egg ever and the RIR didn't start but apparently she was getting lessons today
