Storms and decreased laying???

OK, so does anyone have the experience of your girls laying less before/during/after a large storm? We recently had a large storm come through and our girls production was down and now is back to their norm. The co-op was out of eggs for 2 weeks after the storm because the girls stopped laying.

same thing here1 i was getting 18-20 eggs daily until a mass of thunderstorms and rain came through last month and then again this past weekend.......production dropped by 50% overnight! slowly came back up on good, bright days but down again as soon as the storms hit.

Mine are weird; they IMPROVE their frickin' laying when we have nasty weather. The current suspicious is that it scares it out of them
