Strange Error Message

Since I don't know how to do screen shots on this stupid iPad, I just took pictures and video of it happening. Will post after they upload to google.

Any updates on this bug? Having spent some time in the high-tech industry, I know that this type of bug can be quite difficult to fix because it's not easy to repeat on a regular basis.
