Hi all. Noticed a few days that 3 of our 7 ladies have these bump-looking spots on their toes. We initially thought they might be ticks/mites, so we tried soap/cotton but that just revealed that they looked more like growths, and led to some cracking/redness at the base, which we immediately cleaned and applied vetericyn. They do appear to be getting bigger by the day. At this point we are not sure what it could be as it doesn’t look like any other pictures we have seen of scaly leg mites or bumble foot. Has anyone seen anything similar before?

It looks like they are injuring the scales or getting them pecked. The bulbous lone looks like it might be infection or a growth. Will it come off easily? I would use Betadine on the spots. I would spend some time to see if they are pecking their legs or if there may be something sharp (like chickenwire) they are getting them caught in.
