Stunning/killing knife?

HI all

Wondering if anyone has any idea where I could get an electrical stunning-killing knife? Anyone heard of itÉÉ
It's a knife that has an electric current that will stunn the bird fist then you can slit the coratid/jugulars after. They mention it in Storey's Guide to raising Turkeys.
