sudden death of 8 hens and a rooster

i had 10 hens and one rooster, one day i bought another 11th hen from impress market, when she join them, all hens feel virus attack, white stool, head down, and i approached vet hospital, where they gave injection and amoxline, but all hens expired including rooster, two are active now, this has done in five days. any one can guide what is exact medicine to save such birds

Welcome to BYC. Sorry for your loss. Unfortunately the 2 remaining hens may be carriers of the disease which may infect any new chickens you get later. If it was a respiratory disease, this is especially true. There are many infectious diseases in chickens, and not knowing what exactly they had, I would probably cull the 2 chickens. Then I would clean and wait several weeks to get healthy new chickens. By then the disease should be gone.
