Sudden limping in 2 pullets and one with a limp wing

I have 2 pullets, a Wyandotte 16 wks, and a Cream Legbar 14 wks who both suddenly started limping this afternoon. What really concerns me is the Wyandotte looks very bad and her right wing is dropped. I quarantined them together. Both are eating and drinking. I have not found any unusual poop. Is this Merek's? They are not laying yet and both seemed fine this morning.

Also I noticed the swelling on her face on the same side as the limp and dropped wing.

A better photo of the face may be helpful.

Could it be injury? Check the wing for any breaks, swelling, bruising (greenish color), abrasions, etc.

I didn’t see anything when I checked her. I can get a better picture tomorrow. I think it’s weird that they are both limping too. I’ll check again in the morning.

For them both to be showing signs of limping, I would lean toward injury.
Hard to know though.

I can't find any bruising or dried blood. Now the cream legbar has clear snot coming from her nose along with a funny soldier walk.
