Suddenly my hens are mean to me...... WHY?

I have had chickens for years, the ones I have now are two years old and they are tame, sweet and so on. There are four standard size hens and two small modern game bantam hens they are one year old. Suddenly they are mean to me. The standard hens are pecking my hands and leaving little beak marks and the bantam hens are puffing up flogging and pecking my hands. WHY? Nothing has changed.

No, it's kinda hot over here and egg production has dropped a little bit, no body is broody. There are only four hens hens and we are getting like 2 eggs every other day.
