"I have never killed another wolf." Ritu said softy, the hair on his nape lowering and his eyes sad. "I too, have lost loved ones to an unknown band of wolves...I was too young to go after them when I was a pup but...I never have forgotten." He sat down and looked the wolf in the eye. "Do you know who is responsible? Is it this...Aura...you speak of?"
 
Ritu sighed, "The same reason I can tell you are telling the truth. I see the same sadness in your eyes that plagued mine for so long. I have been a loner since I was a pup because my parents and siblings were killed by a band of wolves. I can understand your loss. I am not lying." He turned his shoulder
"look. I got this from one of the wolves before I hid." A deep scar ran down the base of his neck and along his shoulder.
