Last night we decided to do an all out coop cleaning. My daughter noticed one of the teens had flown over the 4 foot fence we have up for containment. "Ahh just let it be it won't go far away. In fact we are all 4 out here let them free range a bit." 45 minutes times 4 people trampling through dense brush and pasture at 9:00 pm at night to wrangle up some teenagers. So we get them to the fenced run...now to get them into the dog kennel secure run. Not a single chicken would go into the coop because it was clean. We had to manually, pick them up and put them in through the pop door. Not even my explorers.....The SS and BR cockereal looked in and walked the other direction.
