Suspicious looking Spitzhauben "hen" 12 weeks old

We thought we had a pullet, but now I am second guessing. I think I see narrow saddle feathers? Sadly, we're not allowed to have roos so need to figure out if this she is actually a he. Thoughts?

I think based on the wattle size and color for that age it is a cockerel. The feathers on its back are confusing, and I'm not sure if I am seeing male feathering or not, but I'm going with cockerel for this one. Within a couple of weeks it should be more clear.

Here we are a couple weeks later. Would you all say 100 percent a boy? That’s what I’m leaning toward. He’s been having this bad hair day for a week now, which I assume is actually a roo trait… the long white hairdo up top.

I'm not familiar with the breed but I see the male feathering; saddle & hackle but no clue about the head feathering. It's a boy, my guess
