I have 2 kinds of antibiotics too. Tylan and infloxil both inject able. I will keep looking I know I have read about this before

It sounds like thrush, which is a yeast infection.

Can you post pictures?
Where are you located? Warm, cold have mosquitoes been out?
Any mucous in eyes, nose?

Possibility of 3 things come to mind. Infectious Coryza (because of the smell), Wet Fowl Pox or Canker.

I'm in northern Cali its been chilly no mosquito's. Its that one yeast infection I think. I cleaned mouth with qtips and a little betadine. I got the yellow off tongue but trying to pull the large yellow chunks lodged in sides and roof of mouth was not productive. This chicken came from neighborhood not one I raised from chick. I have her isolated she has not been with my free roam flock very long a week possibly. When I say free roam it consists of my front and backyard. I will get that fish stuff but i dunno how long she will last seems she has not been able to eat or drink for days. I will make sure she drinks. Any idea how to get those clumps out they don't seem like they will budge and she don't like them pulled on lol. thanks

Is there any way you can take her to a vet?
Found a couple more links about treatment as said in the post above by @chicapee nystatin or copper sulfate is a possible source of treatment as well.

You might want to pm @casportpony to see is she has any suggestions. You will have to keep her hydrated so you may have to tube her. I'm sure it's very difficult for her to swallow so this may help. It sounds like you are practicing some safety measures in keeping her from you flock, I would keep her isolated and make sure to take precautions to avoid cross contamination.

Canker may be the cause of the illness. I have heard that it also smells bad. If that is what is wrong, metronidazole (Fish Zole, Flagyl) is the best drug to treat it. Here is some info about canker (trichomoniasis:)
http://www.thepoultrysite.com/diseaseinfo/154/trichomoniasis-canker-frounce/

Oral Canker

Canker is a condition mostly associated with pigeons and is caused by a tiny parasite called trichomonas. This parasite is often spread through contaminated drinking water. The parasite causes a ‘yellow button’ of pus to form in your bird’s mouth. This can stop your bird from eating normally leading to weight loss.

What to look for

  • Weight loss
  • Birds picking up food then dropping it
  • A cheese-like plaque in your birds mouth (see photo)
  • A reluctance to eat
Treatment

Treating canker or suspected canker is a job for a vet who will likely prescribe an anti-parasitic medication.
Prevention

Ensure that your birds' drinking water is changed daily. Try to keep the drinkers in the chicken house to discourage wild birds from sharing your birds’ water.
