Just wanted to say that I tried my chicken last night and it was super tasty and moist. I did chicken breast on a bun for my husband and myself. I only used one breast as all my breasts turned out over 1lb! Plenty enough for two people for din din 
. When I was packaging the chickens I removed all of the wings and packaged them in 1 lb increments. I had wings at a restaurant on Sat night, 1lb of wings were $12.95, and there were 8. Soooo with my calculations I have 12lbs of wings which come out to around $155.00 dollars. Thrilled with that
