Roosters that young have fewer feathers, bigger combs and the tail feathers are much shorter. If it were me I'd just let them grow up. Roosters make a good meal. As they grow you can spot the head rooster by how good he looks, bigger redder comb. He will grow his tail feathers first. Roosters are fun for awhile so I'd keep them for a few months.

It is hard picking a rooster, I tried to pick the rooster that was the nicest and gentlest with the hens. The problem was he was the omega rooster and once all of the other roos were gone he became the 'bad boy on the block'. But at least he is really sweet with the hens.
