Hey, just moved here with my chickens! Anyone in this forum from Thailand by any chance? Or close by?

Me.
I am in Chiang Mai. Just replied to your thread about the fowl pox.
Where are you?
What do you mean you moved here with you chickens? Did you bring them here from another country?
I keep and breed Japanese Bantams and various fancy pigeons. (also budgies, finches, doves and more)
I also sometimes have white silkies, black skin chickens (for the Chinese soup), and ducks.
Why did you bring you birds from America? I bet that was expensive!!! Also they would find it difficult to adjust to the hot climate and the new diseases here.Oh, so cool! I came from New Mexico, USA with 65 birds. I have one black tail Jap...but would love a buff someday! I also brought silkies. Do you know anyone with blue silkies? I thought they were more common here than they are. I really wanted a Blue Splash, or a Porcelain Silkie. My big deal is importing the Polish...so if you know anyone who wants Polish, I'm going to start incubating as soon as I get a converter for my incubator plug! Yeah, please let me know about chicken events too! And if you know anyone who sells Brahmas, I left mine behind cuz they were so big I would've had to bring an extra kennel and spend a bunch more money that I didn't have. I miss my Brahmas though!

Chickens are very easy to buy here.
I have a shop near me selling::::
Polish Chickens,
Silkies. White, blue, black, red, and mix.
Japanese Bantams - all colours.
Brahma chicken.. many colours.
They also sell turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, golden pheasants, and many kind of ducks.
There are also 2 farms where I can get white egg laying birds.. similar to leghorns, and some that seem to be the red egg laying chickens. Also the black skin chickens too.
You should come up to Chiang Mai sometime for a chicken 'hunting' holiday.
