It's pretty normal...they shy away from new experiences. Maybe you could place them in the run and close the coop door. in a few days they should be alright. I had the opposite problem ...my girls wouldn't go into coop..lol I had to pick each one up, put her in and shut the door each time. In 10 days they went in on their own. It took three weeks for them to roost at night. Good luck!
