Ok, maybe alls not lost, I was (carefully) removing the membrane on the unpipped egg and it opened its eye and looked at me.

Fine so far. And apparently I was misstaken, they all seem to be ok.

HURRAH! Are they hatching? Is your incubator warming up again? If not in this type of emergency, you can use a heat pad I think...
