The last two set of eggs bleeding issues

the last two sets I had bleeding issues and a bad smell overwhelming .my partner replaced the fan motor at the end of set two cycles on both bators. I turned them by hand three times a day. We put both incubators on life support with a nebulizer and a humidifier and fan and a vaporizer we got 4 the first set and only 1 the last set.we left her in the bator for a week. It was a pain.but she is still alive the rest died these morning. We have a third set in the incubator . It 6 days tell we transfer . But it appears that a few want to come early. If so is it all right to leave them in the egg turner at 40-50 humidity the other bator is set at two high and we can't get it down to 40 -50 and the one there in know will not be raised up. Due to problems with both bators on humidity and temp troubles.
