Just a funny story. I was looking on Craigslist at chickens for sale or give a ways and happed onto a posting for 10 Easter Eggers which is a breed I fell in love with and want to breed myself. My daughter was going to perform with her show choir in the same city the lady had the babies. So I contacted her and set up to get the babies before we were to take back off to home. In the days following and up to the day of getting them, it went from 10 to 15 (five more hatched the day before) then the day of she wanted to know if I would be interested in two Buckeye's that just hatched that morning. Needless to say, I went home with 17 babies and my daughters show choir did really well in competition. It was a wonderful day.
