Too, the Seller took a couple of the chandeliers (fine as they weren't conveyed in the deal) and -- unbeknownst to us -- all the wall-mounted light fixtures AND the medicine cabinet.
Yep. Pretty much anything loose is fair game for the prior owner to take unless otherwise noted in the sales contract. Appliances are typically defined as included or excluded. Anything else is included UNLESS specifically excluded in the contract. I would contact your lawyer and see if you can't get some money out of those scumbags. Maybe take them to small claims court so you don't have legal fees.I do believe that unless it is stated in the contract the the seller wants to keep certain things in the house, that if it is bolted down, it is supposed to stay.
Maybe in CA. I'm quite sure it is a noise ordinance in cities/towns here. Most of the heritage breeds are not fighters. That is one of the reasons that the anti rooster laws are silly!(Reality check--those laws are not for noise lol..They are for the Sport that we cannot name!).
Oops. Yeah, really is best not to feed the large critters with sharp beaks. My Hero! UNTIL I remembered that a few days ago, he started feeding the stupid birds, and CAUSED the whole problem.
