Ok, ya wanna know about the red light burning MY brain???
One night, after staring at my little broodie chicks and their red lamp......I went directly outside to lock up the big girl coop and ran STRAIGHT into the burn barrel coz my eyes weren't adjusted enough. It was rather a) stupid b) hilarious --- mainly becaues the barrel FELL OVER and c) painful -- coz I hit it THAT hard!

I felt stupid coz my dogs were standing on the back porch and I swear I heard them laughing!!!!!!!!!

but I can laugh too, now

Good luck I have heard of some very odd hatches yours just might be great. One of them was a boy who hatches 2 chicks in a bucket under a desk lamp so dont give up Micki
