Here's one of mine: When you start to clean the bathroom, everyone remembers they need to use it!

At the end of the day when the dishes are done and the kitchen clean...it's time to make a snack...or four...and don't forget something to drink with that.

Why is it, that when you're running late to an appointment, you find that the keys aren't in the car when you finally get everybody loaded up?

Or you run into a traffic delay on the interstate?

But, when you're actually ready, and leaving early, none of these things happen, so you get there uber early, and have to sit and wait for a long time?

You think of the coolest think to say; get interrupted before saying it; then mind goes blank when it's finally your turn to speak again.

Dogs seem perfectly trained until they get to the dog sitter's house where they promptly forget everything you taught them.

You finally set aside enough cash to treat your family to that special something...then the a/c breaks...or the car...or the roof needs replacing

you spend an entire day soaking scrubbing washing rinsing and drying couch cushions for your son to pour milkshake all over it an hour after you finish
