The waiting game

Today when I went to feed the chickens I heard some chirping coming from my girls nest, when I looked she has one tiny little chick under her and still 15 eggs to go. This is very new to me but am I right in saying it can be anything upto 48hrs before the other hatch out.

Will she still stay sitting on the eggs till they all hatch?? Do I just leave her there to wait??

Leave her alone and if you are able to not disturb her at all: do not disturb!!
Yes it will take up to 48 hours and then another day or two before she gets up
