There’s something hanging out of my newly hatched chick

What is this and what should I do? This chick hatched about an hour ago and I just noticed it.

It's just a bit of unabsorbed yolk sac. You can put a tiny bit of neosporin (without pain killer in it) on it and place her where other chicks can't peck it. It will get absorbed and be fine .
