Thermostat on my Brooder Lamp

Well I removed the thermostat, and just have the light on. Been watching the little ones, now that they've arrived. Every now and they bunch under the lamp, but it only lasts a minute before at least 3 or 4 of them run back over to the other side. They're too funny.
