This bird is going to be late Thanksgiving dinner!!!!!!!!

We have been raising this meat bird since late summer. Today it will be processed.

We got hungry. The Ham was too small for the 4 of us. So we decided to go ahead and have this chciken for a late thansgiving dinner. It is in the rotiserie as I type. When it is done I will post a pic of the final results. We are guessing 7 to 8 pounds. I can hardly wait!!!!!!!!!

Good luck eating that bird. I just can't eat anything I raise.

I have only eaten 3 others that we raised. I helped in the cleaning of the birds and it was not so bad. They taste very good and I feel pride that I was able to raise food for my family.
