EU, that explains it. Meaning no offense, but compared to the US, your labels are pretty poor. Makes it hard to be an educated consumer.

Based on the label, and comparisons with a generic US product having similar calorie, carb, and protein contents, each Tbsp should contain about:

8mg Magnesium
160mg Potassium
0.4mg zinc
16mcg Selenium

0.3mg Thiamin(e)
0.4mg Riboflavin
2.5mg Niacin
0.2mg B6
15mcg Folate
<0.1mcg B12 (closer to 0.075mcg)

Not knowing why you are adding it, I can't tell you how much to add. I can assume you want to add Niacin. Do you know how much Niacin is in your duckling's feed? Or what the niacin target is for your breed of duckling? Also, what is the protein content of your feed, because adding a bunch of this yeast to bring up niacin will also bring up protein, and hatchling ducks on high protein diets are more prone to angel wing (though being in the EU, its unlikely you have a high protein feed to start with, unlike us in the US)
