Thoughts on this prefab?

I am thinking about getting this coop off of eBay and modifying it (adding a wire floor, adding an extra water proof seal, maybe some asphalt roofing and locked metal hardware for the doors)

It would be for a pair (maybe trio) of bantam silkies. What is everyone's thoughts?

It appears to be large enough for two small chickens. I would be concerned about the roofing, as you mentioned. It says it has spray wire, whatever that is. I would make sure that the wire on the lower portion is hardware cloth. We know what that is.

Please do a search on the reviews of these types of coops. A lot of folks who have gotten them have complained that, while they work for awhile, they tend to be poorly built and leak.
