I was looking to treat my flock with Denegard (respiratory issues) but the bf grabbed TiaGard instead. Is it OK? If so, may I PLEASE get dosage/treatment info? Thank you chicken tenders! View attachment 3408006

Once you give this to chickens are they no longer considered organic? Also, is there an egg withdrawl period? If so, how many days?

There is no egg withdrawal period but there is a 3 day slaughter withdrawal period after using Denagard. I dont worry about organic when I have to treat birds for whatever.

Welcome to BYC.
Denagard aka Tiamulin is specifically used to treat Mycoplasma diseases in poultry. Does your chicks have a Mycoplasma disease?
If so, I see no reason why they cant be treated with Tiamulin, if they are able to drink it after it's mixed in water. Birds with Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG) rarely drink because they are too sick to drink.
