Time to chicken

Hi I live in south western Iowa I just found out we can now have hens but rooster.

I have started my research and found online as well as people I have talked to told me this is the place to gather info and share stories. I haven't built a hen house or bought any hens but when I do I will be sure to post pics. So far threads have been very helpful which is awesome.
