Concerned mother hen here. New to chickens all together. I have an approximately 11/12 week ISA Brown (so I was told when purchased mid May). She has seemed to Have slowed down in development, she is TINY (see pics for reference). Smaller than my silkies which are only a week older and drastically smaller than my other standards of the same age. Other than her size, her behavior has been that of my other birds.

The last couple days she seems to be isolating herself a bit. She does not come into the run in the morning when the coop door is opened like before and retreats back to the Coop to roost while the others remain in the run. I had done some research and thought this could just be behavior associated with molting. However today when she was in the run she was roosting on a log but refused to sit. She would close her eyes like she was sleeping but would seem wobbly or off-balance. She seems to do this odd stretch/tensing that reminds me of the others when they attempt to relieve themselves however, nothing comes out. I checked her vent and I didn’t see any pasting, her crop seems fine and I didn’t notice anything odd when feeling her abdomen. She has been eating treats when I go in the run but I cannot 100% be positive about eating as I returned to work this week.

I have no clue if this video link will work, Or a way to post the videos I took of this behavior. She is such a sweet chick and I am very concerned. Any advice is helpful, even if it is to stop being so paranoid!

Can you get some photos of her poop?
Have you ever treated her for Coccidiosis?
What do you feed?

I would watch that she's drinking well and eating. Check her crop in the morning before she eats/drinks - it should be empty.
She may have a developmental/genetic issue that is causing the slow growth. Possibly failure to thrive, hard to know.
