Tips on showing turkeys in 4-H

ok, so im showing turkeys for the first time on wednesday. Does anyone have any tips or advice? This is the first time i have ever raised turkeys and I'm pretty new to them. Im showing 2 large white hens as a market pen and a BBB in open class. Also, what is the difference between BBW and large white or giant white? Anything is great! thank you! Faith.

As far as I know a large white can get up to 50lbs and a BBW only 45-- but look it up just to be sure. Are you doing Showmanship or just showing them? Because in showmanship you gotta be knowledgeable about the bird

I'm also interested in showing turkey's and was wondering if there was a specific colouring, a way to hold them or do they stay in the cage, can you show just one or do you have a tom and hen together I'd love a way to find out perhaps a sugested book? I can't find much information on showing them.
I have bourbon reds and royal palms.
