To remove hatched duckling into brooder if other eggs have not externally pipped?

After the little guy spends his 4-12 hours in the incubator drying off, should i move him to the brooder super quick in an out since there are still two other eggs set the same date he was that have no externally pipped yet? How does that work when you have one hatch out and the others alive, but no external pips yet? Thanks in advance =)

Hi think you can move the hatched chick to the brooder, but make sure you up the humidity in the incubator again quick.
