Today should be day day 23 for ducks and I have a pip--HELP

They are still on the turner. I was candling one and realized it had a pip! This is premature isnt it? Should I stop turning now for the rest ?? Help ! I dont want to mess up this hatch!

The odd early pip can happen to anyone as can late ones. Now if they all pip early you know the temperature was a degree or two too high. I would stop turning them all now. An extra day or so without turning will not effect the hatch rate at this point. Bring your humidity up another 10 - 15 % also.

Well he is out and looks great. I have 10 runners and 3 pekins in the bator. It was a Pekin who hatched, and the other 2 are pipping now. The runners are not pipping yet but the eggs are rolling around. I took them all off the turner and bumped up the humidity. I hope the rest are ok too.
