Tom the sweetest rooster

Meet Tom, a 6 month old rooster who sings the eggs song every morning at 630 (instead of crowing). What breed is Tom? He came out of a dark chocolate egg, has pink legs, but his chest is spotted like an Easter egger. His body shape is round like a basket ball. He is not aggressive, he’s clumsy, and generally gets picked on. Hopefully some day he will become flock leader, we love Tom.

If he came out of a chocolate colored egg he could be a Welsummer or a Maran.

Agreed! Pink legs and from a dark brown egg. Not sure where the mottled/laced chest comes, from maybe part Wyandotte?

I don't know what mix he is, but I love his shape and coloring. Congratulations on getting a nice rooster!
