Top beak too long HELP

Since Dora has been house bound with wry neck, i noticed her top beak is too long. Its now going over her bottom beak and i dont know how to trim it... HELP.....

You can use dog toenail clippers and just clip the end 1/8". Keep taking a little off every few days. It will bleed if you take too much off. A fingernail file will work too

How do i get her to sit still to get it down? She is super hyper and its too cold to get her outside to wear it down naturally. Its just starting to hang over her bottom beak

X 2 - wrap her in a towel, this gives you a good way to hold and control her entire body but still have your hands free to do the trimming.
