My son wanted to do bob whites a year or so ago. It's my understanding in NY you have to have permits for them.

Or it did anyway. A total crock IMO. Another way for the government to get their sticky fingers in my pockets. They claim hunting licence fees help manage wild life. Socwhats the breeder fee for? I pay ALL costs involved and they STILL want a piece of the pie.
