tractor - how do you get them out?

We have a coop, a run, and a tractor so that they can eat grass and bugs

When I don't have my kids to go in the tractor to help me I have a hard time getting them out of there as it's only 3 ft high or so.

I'm thinking of some kind of back wall that I can pull out to kind of encourage them along. Any one do this or have other ideas?

Iam finishing up a new run and coop that was supposed to be a tractor, until I realized that I have gangster RIR's and they will never be able to be with my original flock. So I am putting a metal lift up lid to be able to access the run and clean it out.

I just open the door and they come right out. Give them time. Once one goes out the others will follow
