trouble with chickens not laying

I have 2-10 month old barred rock ladies. They had been laying fine, not every day, but at least 4-5 days a week. About 3 weeks ago they completely stopped. We haven't changed anything. We live in Ohio, so obviously have had snow and then some 50 degree days off and on. I've seen a few feathers laying around, but not others we've had when molting. My husband is getting frustrated because of the cost of organic feed for chickens not laying. Is there anything I can do to help?

They won't lay if something is bothering them and they don't feel safe.
Check for predators around the coop or mites.
Any loud noises, new things etc

Thanks for your help!! Not sure what was going on, but finally one started laying again and then a week later the other started!
