trying to change ordinance

I have been trying to change ordinance in south strabane township in Washington pa since November of 2014, with no luck. I feel like they are putting me off. all other counties in this area are allowed up to 6 hens. Whats going on? any suggestions would be helpful.

What community support do you have? You will need more than a couple people.

Don't give up. It took us 3 years to get an ordinance passed. Sometimes it will feel like nothing is moving, but you can use those times to educate the council/commission and gain community support.

If you have someone on the board, contact them and ask how "we" can move this forward. Using collective pronouns really help.
