Trying to find out if I have hens or roosters

We bought the red sex Link in the barred Rock from atwoods we were thinking they were both hands we're thinking our red sex Link might be a rooster now and we got the Brahma a few weeks ago and we're still not sure if it's a hen or a rooster at any help would be appreciated

I don't think that's a RSL. Looks more like a RIR to me. Cockerel is a male under the age of one
