We brought home a turkey chick from a feed store and noticed later that day that he had a small scab on his toe. It looked like maybe he had lost his toe nail. It hasn't really gotten better, it looks as if his toe get more swollen every day. I don't know whether to soak and try to clean it and remove scab or try to get him started on some kind of antibiotic. Any advice??
