I need to get some ideas for a milk stand. I'm getting goats this summer!

Turned out to be a lucky accident because the sides are plenty high enough that I can reach right in and they are not in the way at all, BUT the sides are perfect for tying a rope to prevent the goat from lying down.

Ah.. great idea for goats who like to sit on the bucket! I was considering tying mine from the rafters the other day when she kept trying to sit on the bucket while I was milking. My arm was numb from her 'sitting' on me!

She hasn't done it again, so for now you won't find a goat hanging from the barn rafters if you drop by! LOL!​
