Hi all! I have two red eared sliders. They are 5 years old and I have one boy and one girl. Last night, while cleaning the filter in their pond, my dad said something had clogged it. We walked out to see it was an egg!

We have no idea what to do. We have provided a spot of deep, dry soil protected by rocks and a heat lamp over it for the female to lay her eggs in. We have one egg in there, the one we found, but it is extremely dented. Is it okay if it's dented and was laid in the water? Also, do you have any tips on hatching turtle eggs? I felt of her and found at least 2-3 more eggs in her.
