Twins?? Surely not?

I'd wait and see and not mess with it....but I'm not an 'assister'.
I figure if they can't make it out on their own, it wasn't meant to be.
The couple I have 'kind of' assisted, didn't make it anyways as they were deformed or not fully formed.

Is this your first hatch?
It can be nerve racking in the best of scenarios.
Hang in there.

I've seen heaps of threads with twin chickens and people say to assist or they wont hatch...

The one on the fat end of the air cell has externally pipped. The one on the pointy end of the egg I can hear cheeping…

No, its not my first hatch. The bator runs for multiple times a month..
But no matter how many times you incubate, its always nerve racking..i feel like I should be glued in one spot..

Go for the assist then......like your avatar says...better oops than what if.
It is a special situation too....which may warrant extraordinary action.
There's a pretty good thread/article on assisting a hatch by sally sunshine.....you've probably seen it?

Sorry everybody..

This chick worked wonders.

It was ONE chick. Not twins. One.

Crazy, i dont get it. It hatched overnight, needless to say i got no sleep that night...
