One or more of my hens have a cocci. I also have never dewormered any of them. Can I use corid and a dewormer at the same time?
If not can I use wazine and safeguard at the same time? Couldn't find Valbazen so aim using the two to get more worm species.

Should I do corid first if I can't use all meds together?

Thx

Wazine only treats roundworms. SafeGuard (fenbandazole) treats roundworms, plus all of the others except tapeworm which you can see if they have it, so Wazine isn't necessary. I would treat with SafeGuard, then start the Corid (amprollium). Repeat the Safeguard in 10 days. Valbazen treats the same worms as SafeGuard plus tapeworms.

I just looked and it's safeguard for goats. It says .6 ml per 25 pounds? Do they make it for just chickens?

Safeguard liquid goat wormer and SafeGuard horse paste both contain 100mg of med per ml. The dose for most chickens is 10-25 mg per pound of weight.
