URGENT Choking Duckling!!

There's clearly something in her throat, but she won't drink or eat. I put some water down her throat, I've massaged her, and I've tried to get her to clear her throat, but she won't. I took her to the vet ER and they said to take her to a bird specialist. The closest one is an hour away. It's been an hour, she's getting very tired PLEASE HELP
