Vent gleet?

I have a chicken who has been moving very slow recently, almost depressed-like. She has liquid poop and dry poop on her bottom. She doesn't seem to be eating much. I brought her in today for an epsom salt bath. She's separated from the flock now. I was thinking maybe she had vent gleet because the symptoms sound right but I'm not 100%. I also noticed lice during her bath but no nits or anything so I just ordered elector PSP to treat my flock. I think I caught it early. Thoughts?

Crop was fine. Diet is layer feed, leftovers and scratch. I treated her with some corid and she seems good to go now 🤞🏻
